By the same token, we are not a bargain-basement, internet company or online "legal filings" service that promises the moon for a low price on the front end, but then leaves you hanging on the back end.  Our staff members are seasoned professionals who are dedicated to getting you where you need to be.  We're in this with you for the long haul.  Whenever you need us, we'll be here.

*K-12 schools, colleges, hospitals and scientific research organizations require substantially more work and are priced higher accordingly.  By law, California-based organizations require additional services.  IRS and/or state filing fees, if applicable, are not included.

When we say we do all the work, we mean it.  Our flat fee covers absolutely everything your nonprofit organization needs for federal tax exemption:  personal (one-on-one) consultation, preparation of all documents, applications and attachments, plus direct IRS representation.  If the IRS has questions about your application, they deal with us, not you.  You will be approved - guaranteed!
