Blair Dudley, CPA - Managing Partner
Blair Dudley is an owner and co-founder of The Foundation Group. He holds B.S. and M.S. (MBA) degrees from Tennessee Technological University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Dudley is a former top-ten auditor for the State of Tennessee where he honed his skills in the areas of payroll, tax and compliance. Additionally, his active involvement regionally and nationally since 1988 with the world's largest professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, has provided valuable hands-on insight into volunteerism. He has trained hundreds of volunteer leaders and, as a National Vice President, presided over the streamlining and refocusing of over 120,000 alumni volunteers in 1999. His focus on small, easily managed, details of volunteer management is the key to matching volunteer achievements with organizational goals.
Greg McRay, EA - Managing Partner
Greg McRay is also an owner and co-founder of The Foundation Group. He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and is credentialed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice tax cases before the federal government. He is currently a member of the IRS's Nashville Territory Instructors/Speakers Cadre as an instructor to volunteer tax preparers. Mr. McRay specializes in the areas of IRS tax-exemption, clergy compensation and tax, as well as nonprofit financial management and compliance. He is frequently a featured speaker at seminars and conferences, as well as private group settings. He is also the author of "Successfully Applying For 501(c)(3) Status".
Dee Hollinger - Senior Consultant
Dee Hollinger joined The Foundation Group in January 2001, having worked as a staff member and/or volunteer for various charitable organizations, including United Cerebral Palsy of Middle Tennessee and Victory Fellowship Church (Nashville, Tennessee). She has extensive experience in the area of fund development, creative fundraising programs and grant writing. Most frequently, Dee employs her expertise with our clients in the areas of tax-exemption, church administration, compliance and board training. She is regularly a featured presenter at fund development conferences.
Chris Johnson - Client Consultant
Chris came to The Foundation Group as the former financial and business administrator for Love One Another Church in Lebanon, Tennessee. She holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and has an extensive background in nonprofit accounting, tax exemption issues and paralegal services. She provides our clients with valuable insight as one who has worked in the trenches of the nonprofit world herself. In addition to her work as a client consultant, Chris will be joining the ranks of our workshop presenters in 2006.
Clarence Barnett - Tax Consultant
Clarence provides our clients with the professional IRS and tax-compliance services they require. Whether it be IRS Form 990 preparation or ministerial 1040 issues, Clarence handles it. He is a 2005 addition to our team, having years of experience as a free-lance tax consultant and former H&R Block representative.
Charles Reasonover - Director of Development
Charles, as our Director of Development, is generally in charge of our promotional efforts. His multiple hats include marketing, managing our sales team and spending a significant part of his time on the front lines of new prospect consultations. Charles is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Before joining our team, Charles provided his expertise to the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.

Our front desk and administrative support teams are critical elements in the service we provide to our clients. While Amanda Black makes sure your calls are routed to the right people, Amanda Marcellus and Emily work hard behind the scenes, providing valuable technical assistance to our consulting staff. Much of the paperwork that ends up in the clients' hands originates from their desks...and that's in addition to providing backup on phones and providing research assistance. Without them, we simply could not do what we do.

Mick Heckinger- Sales Consultant
If you are a prospective client calling in, you may very well find yourself speaking with Mick. Mick helps our clients understand 501(c)(3), tax-exemption issues and explains the process organizations must go through in order to be recognized by the IRS. In addition, he explains to our prospects the particulars of working with The Foundation Group. Mick offers our prospects the unique perspective of being a Foundation Group client himself: He is the President and Executive Director of his own 501(c)(3) organization, Mick Heckinger Ministries, Inc., set up by The Foundation Group in 2000. You could say he has "been there, done that!"
Roschelle Ridenhour - Client Consultant
Roschelle is the newest addition to The Foundation Group, joining Dee and Chris as one of our primary client consultants. Roschelle earned a B.S. degree from Southwest Missouri State University and has worked in a variety of professional fields and capacities throughout her career, including the nonprofit world. She has even operated her own general office outsourcing company, Integrity Services, since 2003. We look forward to applying her depth of knowledge, experience and business skills to the needs of our clients.
